She enjoys guiding an application from initial filing through the prosecution process to the issuance of Letters Patent. She has assisted both individual inventors and large companies, ensuring that each application receives personalized attention.

Kimberly is committed to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. She understands the complexities of the prosecution process and stays up to date with changes at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office to ensure compliance.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys racing triathlons—as an Ironman finisher—and staying active.
